How long does shipping typically take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow its progress.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition.
Are Duke Cannon products tested on animals?
Absolutely not. We test our products on soldiers and hard-working men, never on animals. We are proud to be a cruelty-free brand.
Where are your products manufactured?
The vast majority of our products are made right here in the United States. We take pride in supporting domestic manufacturing and high-quality craftsmanship.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We do not offer direct international shipping at this time.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed, an email confirmation with a tracking link will be sent to the address provided at checkout. You can also log into your account to view order status.
